Dock Parties And Wonderful Dining
I would like to thank the 50-plus members who attended our first meeting to discuss the Opening Day dock parties. This year, our plan for these parties includes decorating the docks around the theme of tropical islands. With that in mind, planning the food and drink, and dock decorations will be shared by all members who want to be involved, regardless of whether you have a boat in the marina. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that I can assist you in becoming part of a dock team and help make this an Opening Day for the ages. Everyone plays an important role in this event.
Signature Dining nights have been very successful and many members have expressed their enjoyment of the experience. Some of the highlights have been new menu items by Chef Georges Rapicault, beautiful ambiance and awesome service. Reservations are a necessity, as these events sell out quickly.
Sunday Night Suppers have seen more than 40 members each Sunday night enjoying two special entrees, or the Columbia Room menu, in our cozy Lounge area. This room is decorated each Sunday, providing a warm and friendly ambiance. The four-course meal changes weekly and is a great deal at $18++ per person. Reservations are highly recommended so that you don’t miss out on this fun way to spend Sunday evening at BCYC.
Remember, you are welcome to attend the Food and Beverage Committee meetings on the second Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. You can help be an important part of planning new and exciting things related to food and beverage at BCYC.
