The Leukemia Cup Regatta is unique in that all sailors are encouraged to join our fundraising effort for cancer research. Join our team skippers as they recruit their friends, co-workers and family to help raise funds to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Sailing enthusiasts, those who like to watch from shore, and those with a passion for curing cancer are invited to participate.

A Message from Gary Jobson
As the national chairman of the Leukemia Cup Regatta, I am inviting you and your members to participate in the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club Leukemia Cup Regatta taking place on June 3 and 4. There will be races for PHRF, Harbor 20 and Junior classes. Registration is available online at www.leukemiacup.org/ocie
In addition to making sure that we have a great race, it’s vital that we all rally around the main reason that the Leukemia Cup Regatta is taking place: to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). I am very grateful to LLS and all of you who were there for me when I was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2003. I am living proof of the great strides in research and treatment that events like the Leukemia Cup have made possible. But we cannot rest until everyone has access to treatments and no child or adult has to go through the cancer battle. Inevitably some of your members have been affected by a blood cancer.
Here’s where we can use your help:
I admire all of the hours and work that each of you put in to lead your club. This is a great opportunity to promote your club to the community and engage your members. We have set an ambitious fundraising goal of over $100,000, which would make a tangible impact on our ability to accelerate cancer cures and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
We are here to help you, your officers and members in any way. Let’s make the 2017 Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club Leukemia Cup Regatta an amazing year on all fronts. Thank you very much for your support.
